Health Checks - Free
Every TalentLink customer can receive one free health check in the financial year. These can be held virtually on MS Teams or in-person where a member of the myjobscotland Team comes to you (where in-person is requested your organisation will be required to cover any travel related expenses).
Additional Health Checks will be charged at our daily rate.
NOTE:- Health Checks are currently paused while we complete an appraisal process.
Daily Rate - £295+VAT
If you are requesting additional configuration (e.g. major changes to user roles, new selection process, contract module) or your organisation would like specific system training this will be charged at a daily rate based on the spec provided.
Expenses - Variable
When required to travel to your location you will be required to cover travel related expenses usually from our office base in Edinburgh. Depending on location and time required this may include mileage, flights/ferry, overnight accommodation and food where reasonable.
Other
CSOD
For work which you have requested (not relating to a system issue/bug) that requires a script or developer work from CSOD, please note this may be chargeable at a rate IRO £1400+VAT per day
Integrations
TalentLink can integrate with just about any system, both in and out of TalentLink and the cost of this will completely depend on what the integration does. Examples include HRIS (e.g. Oracle, Zellis etc.) and assessment centres (e.g. SHL).
Costs will usually involve a one-off project management fee (and possibly CTS costs) and annual API access fee. You should also factor in costs from the other system provider but this is impossible to guess without knowing the specification required.
NOTE:- MS Teams/Zoom interview integration is completely free.
