1. Go to Settings > User Management New

  2. Search for the user
  3. Click on the user name to access the account
  4. you can find the password settings within the “LOG IN DETAILS” tab,
  5. click on “Old Key with solid fill change password",
  6. within the pop up, enter a new password and “Save”,
  7. ensure the checkbox “Force password change on next login” is marked,
  8. and click “Save”
  9. You will need to share the new password with the user who will be asked to set this as something more memorable when they log in.
