Understanding The Report

The report generates details of all TalentLink accounts which are linked to your organisation. It is important to understand this will include any of our admin and testing accounts who we may have linked to your OBS. The emails on these accounts may be COSLA, Spider, Lumesse, Saba, CSOD and Gmail. If you are unsure of an account in your list, please contact us and we can check it.

The ”Status” column reflects whether the account is still active (i.e. can still be logged in to)

Number of Connections..” is how often the account has been logged into (current month and previous month)

Last login date” details the last time the account was logged in to.

The “Role” column includes all roles attached to the user. At present it is not too easy to see from the report the access level the user has however this will get easier as we begin to use more custom roles where users will only have one or two. AS a base guide you can use the “Portal” column to roughly identify who has SuperUser access (Advanced) versus manager access (MSS).
