Where can I access interview locations in TalentLink?
From the settings cogwheel on the left hand side go to Systems Administration
The configuration options you have will depend on your access level, however you may see two location options. Interview locations are found in "Location Management", the other option is for advert locations.
How do I add a location?
At the bottom right of the page you should see an option to "Add new Location"
This will load a pop-up where you can enter the location information:
NOTE: It is really important you check the Timezone is correct (if the interview is in the UK, you must select Europe/London) if this is wrong, you may find candidates arriving for interviews at the wrong time!
How to edit or delete a location?
On the left of each location you will see an actions list. All locations should have the option to edit however, only locations which have never been used will display a delete button.
To edit a location is much the same as create, a window will pop up where you can make changes.
If you wish to delete a location but it has previously been used, we suggest you edit the location title to include something like "OLD" at the beginning.
