The Candidate pack is the merged PDF file of the candidates application form. You will be most familiar with the candidate pack column appearing in your Selection/Hiring filter list:
The candidate pack should generate automatically upon the candidate submitting their application, however there are rare occasions where a technical issue may prevent this (See FAQ Missing Candidate Pack).
The files included in the candidate pack are defined in the application process on the Posting tab, the submission will only generate one version of the pack at a time which is also emailed to the candidate as an attachment.
